Novella Services Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Novella Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting immediately and ending on September 30th, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the giveaway, participants must submit their name, phone number, and email address. Each participant may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize:

One winner will receive a $10,000 credit to be used exclusively towards services offered by Novella Services. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Novella Services' discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

One winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Novella Services on October 1st, 2024. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone call within five (5) days following the selection of the winner. Novella Services shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

6. Data Privacy:

Personal information collected from participants will only be used for administering this giveaway and for other purposes as outlined in the privacy policy of Novella Services, available on our website.

7. Compliance with Platform Rules:

This giveaway is hosted by Novella Services and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network or platform.

8. Terms & Conditions:

Novella Services reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Novella Services' control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Novella Services may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Novella Services. Novella Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or violates these Terms & Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Novella Services and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.

10. Disputes:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and [your state], without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [your state] having jurisdiction.
